Is your service available for holiday period?

 

One can enjoy our services throughout the year but as we all know that holiday period is a busy period so it will be nice if you give us the call first to confirm if we are available.

What if I can’t find the driver?

 

We always make sure that we offer no inconvenience to our valued customers still in some improbable cases if you are unable to find a driver then you can you call us right way to await further instructions.

Is smoking allowed in the car?

 

Our company adheres to strike non smoking policy. No smoking is allowed in our vehicles.

Will I get charged if I cancel my booking?

 

A refund is very much a possibility if you let us know that you are cancelling our services in a time period of 24 hours. If you fail to inform us about the cancellation of your service in 24 hours then you will get charged for it.

Will there be waiting charges?

 

Our drivers will wait for 15 minutes and in those 15 minutes there will be no waiting charges. Once the time limit exceeds the 15 minute that the waiting charges will be included.

Can I make minor adjustment in my journey free of cost?

 

Making minor adjustments in your journey is very much possibility and we do provide these Services free of cost but this all depends upon the kind of adjustments you are willing to make.
