Booking

We ask a least of 4 hours take note for any online bookings. • You must arrange an appropriate car measure for the number of travelers and luggage.
• You must give all the data required on the booking form.

• Any booking between 23:00 till 07:00 will be charged 40% more.

Services

• Our company tracks all incoming flights to ensure our driver meets you at the designated time.
• Meet & Greet service is available for an additional charge of £10.00 and provides added peace of mind.
• A child, regardless of age, is counted as one passenger. If a child seat is required, please inform our office at the time of booking. We will do our best to provide a child/booster seat, or you are welcome to bring your own. Please note that the installation of the child seat must be done by you.
• While we strive to ensure our drivers are punctual, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
  If the driver is delayed due to traffic or other unforeseen reasons, we will make every effort to arrange a replacement vehicle from one of our partners.
• We reserve the right to modify, update, or change these terms at any time. By using our service, you agree to be bound by any changes.
• We reserve the right to change your driver or chauffeur without notice if necessary.
• Our company enforces a strict no-smoking policy in all its vehicles.
• Britannia Cars UK is not responsible for any delays or costs incurred due to incorrect information provided by the client.

Waiting Charges (£30 p/h)

In the event that there are any progressions or varieties including additional mileage, additional holding up time or deviations to the adventure other than what was concurred at the hour of booking, the customer will be accused additional items in an understanding of our estimating structure.

Cancellations
